Weight loss mistakes that women make

Living healthy is very important for every person. There are many benefits and none drawbacks. If we add exercising, we get a perfect life. The most important thing is that this lifestyle provides us health and mental benefits. As you probably know, healthy eating and exercising are the best way if you want to lose weight. But, there is one problem. If you make mistakes here, this will have a bad effect on you! For example, if you are on a diet, and exercising every day, but you don’t do properly none of these, you won’t make a progress, so, you will be disappointed and eventually you will give up.

The reason for almost all mistakes is lack of information! We all know that protein is very important, and we must satisfy recommended daily intake. But, how many know that if you have too much protein, it will be stored as fat, so you wouldn’t make any progress in losing weight. If you think that drinking juice for breakfast is better than eating, you are wrong. Juice raise blood sugar, which make your body producing more insulin, so you will be hungry much faster.

At the beginning you will lose a serious amount of weight. But later, you will lose weight much slower. At first your body will remove water, that’s why you lost weight fast, but, later your body will start burning fat. This is a much slower process, so you will lose weight slower, so do not stop. One interesting mistake, that any women makes, is believing that if she exercise, she cannot add weight! But, if you burn 700 calories today, and you enter 1000 calories, you don’t lose weight, you are increasing it!
