Remedies in your kitchen

Remedies in your kitchen

The kitchen isn’t just a place where you prepare meals, it is also a healthy place, full with remedies. While you must go to the doctor often, in order to stay healthy, you can also use remedies that are already in your kitchen, in order to live a healthy life. The good thing is that in everyone’s kitchen there are plenty of remedies, you just don’t know about them. Tea bags are one of the best remedies you can find. Because they are made from natural ingredients, they don’t contain anything dangerous.

Caffeine and tannins in them can reduce the ache of inflammation and swelling. If you wake up with puffy eyes, you can use tea (cold, of course) to solve this problem. Also, tea bags are useful against blood clots and black tea bags are useful against sunburn. Olive oil can help you with your dry hair and with your skin. If you have those sand-paper-feeling heels, you can solve it with this natural remedy. All you need to do is to rub your feet with oil. Vinegar can be useful against burn from blisters. But, if a burn is too severe or deep, you will have to visit your doctor. Avocado has many purposes.

Beside vitamins E and C it contains a type of antioxidants, called carotenoids. This fruit can be used against skin itchiness and dryness. If your face needs TLC, mash avocado and apply it to your face. Leave it for 30 minutes. Don’t forget to buy more avocados. Papaya can help you with your upset stomach. Try eating it for dessert. The papain, an enzyme is useful against gas and gastrointestinal unrest.
